With passion towards success

The ASreal REAM GmbH has been founded in 2012 by the Hamburg-based executive Master of Science in Real Estate (IRE│BS) Adam Schaefer. As managing director of the owner-managed company he has been looking back on 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. In a renowned real estate service company Adam Schaefer had the opportunity to learn letting business right from scratch. After that he was responsible for office leasing as senior consultant at international real estate service providers home and abroad. Priory to the foundation of the ASreal REAM GmbH he worked as associate leasing manager at the asset management affiliate of an US-American financial investor as well as Head of Leasing for the North/East region at a Canadian real estate investment trust.
